Enter your birth details, and every sky from now on becomes personal. Not what this moon means in general, but where it lands in you.
This isn't something happening to you. It's a pattern you own, getting bright enough to be claimed. And it might or might not land the way I've said it: you're the one who knows.
A sensation. An image. A memory. A thought. Or nothing yet, and nothing also counts.
We're not going to fix anything or figure anything out. There are a few ways to be with what's here. Follow whatever pulls you: the pull is your nervous system speaking.
Ways to be with what's here…
…and ways to give it somewhere to go.
Whatever came up as you read (a face, a scene, a "yes, that") is yours, not the chart's. The chart just held up the mirror.
Start the pen at this, and let it go wherever it goes. Sense, no sense, list, one sentence: all fine.
When the big hard-to-name stuff gets onto paper, it comes apart into pieces you can actually look at. Take all the time you need.
Touch the circle. Nothing to do but hear it, and notice whatever the sound touches.
Whatever got stirred just now, that charge is fuel. It doesn't need to be calmed; it wants somewhere to go. Here's one direction, dealt at random:
It doesn't have to be good. It has to be true. Ten minutes counts; two minutes counts.
Some energy doesn't want to be sat with. It wants to move through your hands into the world. One real thing, dealt at random:
The task isn't the point. The energy finding a direction is the point. Notice how you feel when it's done.
The patterns live in you. The chart never tells you who you are. It mirrors what's already yours, and your own recognition is the only test of truth this place trusts.
Nothing here is a prescription. There is no "feel X, do Y." Every doorway is an offer, and your pull toward one of them is your nervous system speaking. Following the pull is the practice.
Regulation isn't just calming down. Sometimes it's settling; sometimes it's letting the fire move, or the grief, or the joy. It's energy moving through you, consciously. Not sedation.
Little bits are huge. Small noticing with real attention goes further than big efforts. There's never a need to push. You have all the time you need.
Nothing is wrong with you. Whatever shows up here (tension, numbness, "I don't know") is a nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do, and it can be met.
That's the whole practice. Not this page: the noticing. It keeps working after this closes, and you don't need me for it.
The sky keeps moving. When it touches your chart again, come see where it lands.
One breath. No technique, just a breath. And you're done.
